im an i monk and i regularly duo farm UW. however, i was wondering what the "stacking" is on blessed aura and an axe with an enchnating mod? do they stack at all?

Yes, they do stack. The bonus is given as a percentage of a percentage. For example:

You have a basic skill that lasts 10 seconds, but also have blessed aura (20%) and an enchant mod on your weapon (20%). The skill gets boosted up to 12 seconds counting the blessed aura, and then boosted up to 14.4 seconds after factoring in the enchant mod.
